Reserve it Now Quick Guide
Using the Reserve it Now feature, customers are able to leave reservation deposits on vehicles they are interested in on your website. We integrate with various payment providers in order to achieve this, such as Stripe, Judo Pay, etc.
The Reservation Journey
The reserve journey can be initiated either directly from the plugin, or alternatively, from a standalone button integrated by your media company. The reserve button appears as follows inside the plugin itself:

Clicking this button will take the customer to an information page which provides further information on the reservation feature, as well as a privacy notice. Please note that the information displayed on this page is customisable, and we will be more than happy to replace the Codeweavers privacy notice with a personalised notice.

Once the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, the ‘Proceed With My Reservation’ button will become clickable, allowing the customer to progress to the next stage of the journey.
Once the customer has entered the relevant information above, they will be taken to a confirmation screen. At this point, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to the customer. By default, this will be a Codeweavers confirmation, however, we are able to create a company specific confirmation email if required.

Once a vehicle is reserved, the call to action on the plugin will become greyed out, and the text will change to ‘Reserved’. The button will also not be clickable at this point.

Managing Reservations within Showroom
Reservations appear in the ‘Leads’ tab of Showroom, similarly to leads from our Motor Credit Check feature, or from the standard finance application form.

Inside the above lead you will find the contact/address information entered by the customer during the journey, similar to ordinary leads.
Reservation payments can be managed within the ‘Payments’ tab in Showroom. Here you will find transaction information, as well as a ‘Refund’ button which will allow you to refund the reservation amount.

Refunding the reservation amount will un-reserve the vehicle.
